You may remember that the kind ecologists that repaired the reptile barrier fencing on the Ship Inn site, rescued an injured and dazed Bear. The poor mite was gabbling on about being ship wrecked and spent days in a life raft before being blown to the shore. He climbed the bank and got caught in the brambles before being freed by a friendly grass snake who led him out of the forest where he was found by the ecologists. The Bear was whisked away by ambulance to the Share and Repair Accident and Emergency ward on Stonehouse High Street where kind nurses and Doctor Ken gave him first aid and admitted him to a ward. We will keep you updated below on his progress.
