It’s the end of the apple season and the harvest is in.
So, bring your apples for juicing and come and join in. There will be plenty of apples to juice so don’t despair!
Grab a cake and a coffee or the juice you’ve just squeezed, sing along with the band or sit and take in the scene, a community together that was always our dream.
Whilst the kids play games together, it should be a scream, of course apple related, well it is the theme.
SpICE are partnering with the Stonehouse Walking Festival who will run many of the day’s walks on or to/from the Ship Inn Community Space. We will also have fun for all the family including a Teddy Bear picnic!
Come along and be a spectator, or join in with all the fun and games, either on the water or on the Ship! Prizes given for best pirate or victorian themed costume.
The Ship Inn Community Space is one of the 4 main sites of the Stonehouse Canal Festival. We aim to open with the Stroud Red Band and will be offering lots of family entertainment including: 90’s DJ, Born and Raised Country band, BBQ and more to be announced soon.
There will be live music, inflatable games, kids activities, boat trips, tower tours, choirs, prayer tent, market stalls, food, drink, icecream and cakes around the sites.

A fun, nature-themed day of activities on the Ship Inn Community Space. There will be a tree walk with John Parker, 2 x herb walks, story-telling and ‘Find out about Fossils’ talks.
Come and celebrate the anniversary of our first event on the Ship Inn Community Space.
Join us for BBQ, ice cream and cake.
There will be lots of fun activities including archery, painting a kingfisher statue, or making bee rafts and bird baths to take home.
Stonehouse in Bloom will be helping us plant an anniversary tree and wildflower garden.
