Stroud Valley Canoe Club’s activities are run under the guidance of appropriate qualified coaches (UKCC Level 1 and Level 2).

Use this form if you are the Parent, Guardian or Carer of a child under the age of 18 years, and are registering a canoe taster session on behalf of your child.

I understand that Canoeing and kayaking are assumed risk water contact sports that may carry attendant risks. I am aware of and accept these risks on behalf of my child.
I understand that the Club or Organisers accept no responsibility for loss, damage or injury caused by or during attendance on any of the clubs organised activities except where such loss, damage or injury can be shown to result directly from the negligence of the Club or the Organisers.
I am aware that photographs will be taken at the event and that that I can raise any concerns I have with the organisers.
