Bear had a great time at the Canal festival yesterday. Loads of cuddles and checking out the wounds he got from the ship wreck. Dr Ken was there to make sure he didn’t over-do it on the day.
Bear was very pleased at seeing all the lovely people and is now in a quandary trying to pick a name.
“I really don’t know what name I should have” said Bear. “should I be Nutmeg or maybe Otto, I could also be Barney or even Bertie. There are so many good names to choose. What do you think of Reuben or Shipley?” he asked the SpICE team hopefully. SpICE told him to think long and hard as it is a name forever. ” I really like Huggie and Henry or even Rex“ he said, “But I also like Pepper, Bosun, Teddy and Roger. Oh, what am I to do? It could be Simon, John, Softy Bear or Cutie Bear – all great names. But people have also come up with Douglas, Cyril, Charlie, George and Huw, Tom, Luna, Edward, Robin, Ollie, Barb and Ginger. I am really getting myself in a pickle“. Bear sat in a corner thinking and then got up quickly “I know what I will do” he said “I will ask that nice Mayor to choose a name from all the peoples suggestions. He is bound to pick the right one”
